Event Guidelines and Fee Schedule |
.Events at Cross Keys are essential to our mission and serve to promote our vision of hospitality to our guests and clients. In order to maintain our standards and provide the best in service the following guidelines are expected of all those securing contracts for events at the Estate.

All proposed events are subject to approval of the Management prior to contractual obligation.

All events require an event deposit and signed contract in order to secure the date and event.

Private/Corporate evening events may not commence prior to 6:00 p.m.

Wedding ceremonies are permitted beginning at 4:00 p.m.

Musical entertainment must conclude by 10:00 p.m.
Event Fee Schedule
Event Fees are based on spaces used and/or number of guests. Rental fee includes use of tables, chairs (indoor and out as applicable) a CrossKeys Staff contact for the event and basic cleaning. There is a set-up fee for exterior wedding ceremonies or hors d'oeuvres & wine stations. Associated fees for wine, catering, decor, etc. will be payable to our industry professionals contracted for your event.
Important Information

An initial deposit of one half the rental fee, plus security is required to book an event at crosskeys.

For weddings, rehearsal dinners and conferences a final payment of the balance is due not less than 45 days prior to the event. All beverages and service are billed and must be settled on the day unless wine is pre-paid.

All events at Cross Keys are required to serve Cross Keys Vineyards wines.

Private events book and secure dates in the same manner with the entire balance due two weeks prior to the event.

Catering is done by local professionals. We will work with them to create menus to meet your specifications. Most caterers have an ABC license to accommodate requests.

Special requests for champagne or sparkling wines will be honored.

The facility at Cross Keys as a whole will not be ‘closed' to any private event until the Tasting Room is closed unless approved by the General Manager.

All rentals, decorators, etc. will be permitted to arrive at 10:00 a.m. on the day of the event. All rentals, decorations must be removed prior to 10:30 a.m. on the day following any event.
